Registration

For full access to the Website’s features, services, and platform, you must register on this Website.
Sign-up pages will redirect you to a page where you can create a personal/organizational username and password.
The required information includes your name, email address, birth date, gender, pin code, occupation, industry, or other relevant information, and the details of the person to whom you would like the report sent.
If we cannot verify your credentials at any time or find that you are not authorized to avail of the Services, we may terminate your access to or use of the Services/Website/NSAP.

Services

As a User or Customer, you have the right to use this Website to access certain services specified in the following clauses (“Services”). These clauses shall interpret the term “Services.”

Upon completing the registration procedure, you are entitled to view and book various health check-up packages or other offers and opt for samples’ home collection service (if available in your area).
A photo-identification card, an invoice, and the Order ID or transaction number are required when visiting the lab or availing of Home Service. You must follow all requirements for the pre-tests.
If you have questions about the LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES Website, you should always contact the team or read its instructions/guidelines.
During the term of your agreement with us, or as directed by us, we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information available from or through our site.
If you upload or use the information on or through this site, you assume full responsibility and risk and agree that LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES is not responsible or liable for any claims, losses, or liabilities.
Neither our associates nor we provide any warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the information provided by you.

Agreement Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause by giving the other a 72-hour notice in advance. LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES, however, may revoke this Agreement without prior notice.
If this Agreement is terminated, we may terminate your access to our Services and Website and your use of them.

Payments and Refund Policy

LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES shall provide the Customer with a suitable payment gateway, such as credit cards, debit cards, cash cards, and internet banking, for Fee payments.
Upon opting for online payment, the User/Customer acknowledges that the Services will not begin until the money is deposited into LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES’ accounts.
Payment mechanisms may be governed by separate agreements between third parties providing payment mechanisms and LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES. We are not liable for payment malfunctions or defects.
Customers should make cancellations within 48 hours of booking. A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to the total invoice amount.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 15–20 working days.

Test Reports Delivery

LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES shall endeavour to provide test reports within 10 working days, unless otherwise requested.
If the package is delivered by courier, the transit/shipping time is added to the processing time.
LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES will strive to meet the preferred delivery date but will not be responsible if it is not met.

Modification and Updates

LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES may modify these Terms of Use, the Website, and the Services without prior notice. Such modifications will take effect upon implementing new terms and changes to the Website.
If you fail to review such modified Terms of Use, LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES will not be responsible for any loss or cost you suffer.

Services/Website Maintenance

The Website and/or the Services (as the case may be) may be deactivated or suspended at any time by LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES at its sole discretion without prior notice for system maintenance, upgrades, testing, repairs, and/or other related work.
Any loss, damage, cost, or expense suffered or incurred by the User as a result of such deactivation or suspension shall not be reimbursed by LEGIT HEALTH SCIENCES.

Governing Law

All terms and conditions of this Agreement are governed by and construed under Indian law. This section will remain in effect regardless of the reasons for termination or expiration.
